Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 1 June 2026
These terms set out the agreement between you and Ocean Proxies ("we", "us", "our") when you visit oceanproxies.com, create an account, or buy and use our proxies. Please read them carefully - by using the service you agree to be bound by them.
1. About us
Ocean Proxies provides premium UK ISP proxies and is operated by a private limited company registered in England and Wales.
- Registered company: [TBC - registered company name]
- Registered office: [TBC - registered address]
- Company number: [TBC]
- Contact: [TBC - support inbox]
2. Eligibility
To use Ocean Proxies you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
- Use the service only for lawful purposes, in line with these terms.
3. What we provide
We sell access to UK ISP (static residential) proxies, priced per proxy and provisioned to your account on purchase. Proxies come with unlimited bandwidth for the period purchased. We aim for high availability but the service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
4. Acceptable use
You are solely responsible for how you use our proxies. You agree that:
- You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and with the terms of service and acceptable-use policies of any website, platform or service you access through our proxies.
- You understand that accessing a third-party service through a proxy may breach that service's own terms, and that responsibility for any such breach rests entirely with you.
- You will not use our proxies for any unlawful activity, including fraud, unauthorised access to systems, distributing malware, phishing, spam, harassment, or accessing or distributing illegal content.
- You will not resell, sublicense or redistribute access to the proxies without our written permission.
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without refund, if we reasonably believe you have breached this section, and we may report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.
5. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your account and proxy credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account and credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
6. Pricing, payment and refunds
Prices are shown on the site and at checkout before you confirm your purchase. Payment is taken in full at the time of order through our payment processor. Proxies are digital goods delivered immediately on payment.
Because of the nature of the product, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been delivered. By purchasing you acknowledge that the service is supplied as digital content that begins immediately, and to the extent permitted by law you waive any cooling-off right that would otherwise apply. See our refund policy for full details. Nothing in this section affects your non-excludable statutory rights.
7. Intellectual property
We and our licensors own all rights in the service, including the site, the Ocean Proxies brand and logo, and any software and content we produce. Third-party brand marks shown on the site remain the property of their respective owners and are shown for identification only - their appearance does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as-is". Without limiting your statutory rights, we make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, that any proxy will work with any particular website or system, or that using our proxies will achieve any particular outcome. Third-party anti-bot systems and websites change without notice and are outside our control.
9. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that UK law does not allow us to exclude.
Subject to that, our total liability to you in any 12-month period for all claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in that period, or (b) £100. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages, lost profits or lost opportunities.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses or costs arising from your use of the proxies, your breach of these terms, or your breach of any law or third-party rights.
11. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or if we stop offering the service. Clauses that by their nature should survive termination (including acceptable use, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability and governing law) will continue to apply.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales, except that if you are a consumer you may have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of the country in which you live.
13. Changes & contact
We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Questions can be sent to [TBC - support inbox].
